Sixty days, written out

Wear it through a dose cycle. Then decide.

The product page states the promise. This page is the mechanics of it: how a claim starts, what the sixty days are counted from, what comes back to you, and the places where the promise deliberately stops.

  • Counted from delivery
  • No form to fill in
  • Return postage is ours

One device $99.90. Two $159.90. Three $219.90.

The promise

Three things you never have to do.

Almost every money-back promise is technically true and still exhausting to collect on. The exhausting parts are the ones we took out, and this is what each removal means when it is your turn to use it.

60-Day Dose-Day Guarantee seal
  • No form

There is no portal to log into, no ticket to raise and no questionnaire asking you to justify yourself. One message to the team, read by a person.

  • No restocking fee

What you paid for the device is what comes back. Nothing is held back for the box being open, which would be an odd thing to charge for on a product that only proves itself once it is out of the box.

  • No return postage

A guarantee claim travels back on our account. Nobody should have to buy a shipping label in order to tell us that something did not work.

Sixty days, counted from the day the parcel reaches your door rather than the day you placed the order.

The process

How a claim actually goes.

Four steps, and the longest of them is the one where you use the thing.

  1. Step one

Use it on the days it was built for

A dose day, the window that follows one, or a week where the dose goes up. The sixty days are long on purpose, because a monthly rhythm needs more than one turn of it to tell you anything. A band tested on a quiet Tuesday has not really been tested.

  2. Step two

Write to the team inside the window

One message does it. Give us the order number and say what happened. There is no script, no minimum length and no reason you are required to supply.

    Go to the contact page
  3. Step three

    We send the label

Return postage on a guarantee claim is on us. Put the device in something that will survive the journey and hand the parcel over.

  4. Step four

The money goes back the way it came

The refund returns to the card or the account that paid for the order. Nothing is issued as credit, a voucher or a code for next time.

Everything starts on the contact page. There is no second address to hunt down and no reference number to invent.

The edges

What the guarantee is, and what it is not.

A promise with no edges is a promise nobody believes. These are ours, on the record, so that the generous half of it is easier to take seriously.

What it is

  • Your money back on the device, inside sixty days of it arriving.
  • One message to a person, with no form to complete and no fee deducted.
  • Return postage paid by us whenever the reason is the guarantee.
  • A reason to test it properly on a real dose day instead of saving it for later.

What it is not

  • It is not a substitute for your clinician. Getting your money back changes nothing about a treatment plan.
  • It is not a reason to push through pain. If something hurts, the safety page comes first and the refund can wait.
  • It is not a rolling window. Day sixty is the last day, and it is counted from delivery.
  • It is not a promise that nausea disappears. It is a promise about your money if the band does not help.

The short version of all of this lives on the product page. The long version is this page, and if the two ever disagree, write in and we will fix the wrong one.

Terms read. Now the device.

Sixty days is long enough to stop treating this as a decision and start treating it as a test, which is the only way anybody finds out whether it belongs in their routine.
