Who this is between

These terms cover trysteadywave.com and everything sold on it.

"We" and "SteadyWave" mean the business that runs this store. "You" means whoever is browsing the site or placing the order.

Using the site means you accept what is written here. If you do not, the honest answer is not to order.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Tax is calculated at the checkout from the address you enter, so the total on that screen is the total you pay.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted when we send you the shipping confirmation, not when the payment clears.

We can decline or cancel an order before it ships. If we do, you are refunded in full and we tell you why.

If a price or a product detail on this site is plainly wrong, we can correct it and cancel any order placed at the wrong price, with a full refund. We will not hold you to a typo and you cannot hold us to one either.

Bundle pricing is shown on the product page. The price you see at the checkout is the price that applies.

What the device is, and what it is not

SteadyWave is a wearable stimulation device worn on the inner wrist. It is drug free and it needs no prescription.

It is not a medicine, it does not change what your prescription does, and it is not a substitute for the plan you agreed with your own clinician.

Read what comes in the box before your first session and begin at Level 1, which is there so you can learn what the pulse feels like before you ask it for more.

Use it as described. We cannot stand behind a device that has been opened, modified or used somewhere the instructions say not to.

The guarantee, returns and faults

Every order carries the 60-Day Dose-Day Guarantee.

How to start a return, what you get back and how long the money takes are all set out in the returns policy, and that document governs.

Shipping rates, dispatch times and lost parcels are in the shipping policy.

Nothing in these terms removes a right you have under the consumer law where you live.

Your details and your account

You do not need an account to order.

If you create one, the password is yours to protect. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.

Give us a real name, a real email and a real address. A wrong address is the most expensive mistake available on this website.

What we do with your details is in the privacy policy.

Using the site

Read it, quote it, send it to a friend, buy from it.

Do not scrape it, copy it wholesale, resell it, probe it for holes, or use it to send anything unlawful or abusive.

We can close access to anyone doing that, and cancel orders placed while doing it.

What belongs to whom

The text, photographs, illustrations, code, layout and the SteadyWave name on this site are ours.

Medication brand names appear on this site only to say what the band is worn alongside. The companies that own those names have no connection to us and have not endorsed us.

Reviews, photos and anything you send us

If you send us a review, a photo or a video, it stays yours.

By sending it you allow us to show it on this site and in our advertising, with the first name and initial you gave us.

Ask us to take it down and we take it down.

Write what actually happened. We do not pay for reviews and we do not edit them into something they were not.

Software we did not write

Parts of this store run on other people's software: the storefront platform, the payment processor, the bundle selector on the product page and the review tools.

Their terms apply to their part of the job. We are responsible for our product and our promises, not for how a third party runs its own service.

What we do not promise

The site can go down. A page can carry a typo. A photograph is a photograph and colour varies between screens.

We do not promise the site is free of errors or available every minute of the day.

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for anything connected to an order is limited to what you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. When we do, the date at the top of this page changes with them.

The version posted when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. We do not apply a new clause backwards to a purchase already made.

If something goes wrong

Write to us first, through the contact page, with your order number and what happened.

A person reads it. Most things end there, and the ones that do not still start there.
