Order status

Find out where your band is.

Tracking wakes up at the first carrier scan, and from there it turns up in three places. Start with the first one.

  • Packed and posted in the US
  • Out the door within 2 business days
  • Sixty days once it lands

A SteadyWave box, still closed

Three places to look

Where the tracking actually lives.

There is no lookup box on this page and that is deliberate. A box that searches nothing is worse than no box at all. These three are real.

  1. Your account

Every order you have placed is listed there with its current state and the carrier link attached to it. This is the only one that updates live.

    Open your orders

No password to set up. Just the email from your order.

  2. The shipping email

It goes out at the first carrier scan with the tracking link inside. Search your inbox for SteadyWave, then try the Promotions tab and the spam folder before you decide it never came.

  3. Write to us

Nothing in the account, nothing in the inbox, or a tracking page that has been still for days. Send the order number and we go and look.

What shipping costs, and when it leaves

Standard
$8
Tracked, and it leaves the warehouse inside two business days.
Orders over $150
No charge
The standard rate comes off by itself at checkout. Both multi device bundles are already above the line.
Express
$15
Same packing window, a faster carrier service once it is handed over.

Everything is packed and posted inside the United States. We do not print a delivery date, because the carrier owns that part of the trip and the tracking link is the only honest answer to when.

After you pay

The four things that happen next.

Most of the mail we get lands in the gap between step two and step three, when there is genuinely nothing to track yet.

  1. Order confirmed

    Right away

A confirmation email with your order number arrives in seconds. Keep it: that number is the fastest way for anyone here to find you later.

  2. Picked and packed

    1 to 2 business days

Your band is packed in the US. Nothing shows in tracking yet, because no carrier has touched the parcel.

  3. Label scanned

    The tracking email

A carrier takes it and scans the label. That scan is what triggers the email with your link, and it is the first movement you will see.

  4. Delivered

    The clock starts

Your sixty days begin on the day it arrives, and not on the day you get around to opening the box.

Weekends and public holidays are not business days, which is the most common reason a Friday order still looks asleep on a Monday.

If it goes wrong

Four things that go wrong, and what to do.

Short answers, because each one has exactly one next step.

The tracking has not moved in three days.

A parcel can sit between two scans for a couple of days with nothing wrong, and a weekend makes that longer. If the same scan is still the last one after three business days, send us the order number and we chase the carrier from here.

It says delivered and it is not here.

Look at the far side of the door, the mailbox, the lobby and anyone at home who might have picked it up. Carriers also mark a parcel delivered a few hours ahead of the drop sometimes.

If it is still missing the next day, write in with the order number and we take it from there.

I typed the wrong email at checkout.

Then the confirmation and the tracking went somewhere you cannot read. Write in from the address you want us to use, tell us the name and the ZIP code on the order, and we match it up.

I ordered two bands and one arrived.

Check the tracking for a second parcel number before anything else. If there is only one and the count is short, photograph everything that came in the parcel, send it with the order number, and we put it right.

Still nothing

Then it is our turn.

Two places to go, and one thing that does not change while you wait.
